Amsterdam · Team building

Team building in Amsterdam that is actually enjoyable

Team building works when people are busy making something together, not when they are being told to bond. Put your team at a bench with a working artisan and it happens on its own.

We handle the matching, the booking and the invoice. You pick a date and tell us how many people are coming. Everything runs in real Amsterdam studios with the people who work in them.

Levels the room

Nobody is senior at rolling pasta or throwing a pot. Hierarchies quietly disappear for an afternoon.

Conversation, not performance

Working side by side gets people talking far faster than a circle of introductions.

Two to three hours

Long enough to learn something, short enough to fit into a working day.

What kind of team building activities do you offer?

Hands-on workshops: cooking and pasta making, fermentation, ceramics and craft, coffee brewing, and outdoor sessions like foraging and beekeeping.

How big can the group be?

From six people up to around forty, split across studios or artisans for the larger groups.

Is it suitable for remote teams meeting up?

Very. It gives a distributed team a shared afternoon of doing something together, which is usually the point of flying everyone in.

How do we book?

Send a group request with your date and group size. You get concrete options and a fixed price back, then confirm.
