We collect the personal information you provide when you create an account, book a workshop, join a waitlist, request a corporate or private event, sign up for our newsletter, or apply to become an artisan. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and billing details.

We use your details only to deliver the services you ask for: confirming bookings, sending reminders, processing payments, connecting you with the artisan, and keeping you informed if you have chosen to receive our newsletter.

We store data securely through our backend infrastructure and restrict access to those who genuinely need it to run the platform. Payment information is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card details ourselves.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information with artisans when it is necessary to fulfil your booking, and with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality.

With your permission we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure our advertising. It shares the pages you visit, your IP address and browser details with Meta, never your name or email. Visitors in Europe, the UK and Switzerland are asked first and can withdraw any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
