Workshop in detail
Get your hands on a copper still, and become a master distiller for a day at Spirited Union. Named one of TripAdvisor's top three group workshops in Amsterdam, the distillery sits just outside the city centre and opens its doors for a behind the scenes look at how strong spirits are made. The distillery ambassadors welcome you with a cocktail punch, then walk you through the world of rum and botanicals before handing you the controls. You choose from four botanical recipes, spiced, light and floral, citrus, or tropical, and distil your own 70cl bottle from start to finish, with an ambassador on hand for every question along the way. Your bottle is filled and labelled before you leave, with recipes on the back so the cocktails keep coming once you are home.
