What you'll leave with
- A precise brewing technique: how to adjust grind size, water temperature, ratio, and pour coffee
- An understanding of how origin and processing method shape flavour, before it ever reaches your cup
- The knowledge to keep refining at home, on any brewer
Workshop in detail
Most people brew filter coffee on autopilot. This workshop is about breaking that habit. Together with Ahmad, you will explore the variables that shape your cup: grind size, water temperature, ratio, and pour technique and learn how to adjust them intentionally. You will experiment with different recipes side by side, discover how origin and processing method influence flavour, and leave with the knowledge to keep refining at home. Whether you're brewing on a V60, Chemex, or anything in between, this is your chance to stop guessing and start tasting the difference.
