Workshop in detail

Get your hands dusted with flour alongside Chiara. In her kitchen at La Bottega, you will learn to shape fresh pasta from scratch by knife, rolling pin, or pasta machine, depending on the group.
The session opens with welcoming appetizers made with Sicilian products, then Chiara walks you through the dough and the shaping. You will make two pasta types, orecchiette and cavatelli, or tagliatelle, working through the techniques together. Then the pasta goes into the pot and onto the table, seasoned with Sicilian sauces, eaten as a group.
You will leave with a digital recipe to recreate it at home, and the feel for it in your hands.
