Workshop in detail

A walk through the vegetables that disappeared from supermarkets, not because they taste bad, but because they don't survive two days of transport. Michel grows salsify, medlar, buckthorn, Szechuan pepper, and pawpaw. This workshop walks the beds, tells the story of each plant, and ends with a tasting of what is in season.
