Foraging in the Amsterdamse Bos

Workshop in detail

Two and a half hours walking the quieter trails of the Amsterdamse Bos with Lucas, basket in hand. You'll learn to identify around fifteen edible plants — what they are, where they grow, what to do with them, and what to absolutely not pick.

Lucas walks slowly and talks the whole time. The route changes seasonally; what you bring home changes with it.

It ends with tea and something we found, prepared simply by Lucas at a small clearing near the lake.
